Air Compressor for Plasma Cutting

Overview

This Air Compressor has been specified and packaged to supply clean, dry, oil-free compressed air for Air Plasma Cutting Equipment (40A–60A class). It delivers stable pressure and sufficient flow to ensure consistent arc stability, minimal dross, and reliable torch performance — essential for both manual and CNC plasma cutting applications.

The recommended configuration combines an oil-free compressor element (or oil-less pump), an appropriately sized receiver tank, refrigerated dryer / coalescing filtration, pre-regulator with air dryer, and downstream pressure regulator with gauge and moisture trap for best results.

Product Range

★ Portable oil-free piston compressor with 100–200 L tank
★ Belt-driven oil-free compressor (1.5 – 3.0 HP) with receiver
★ Screw-type oil-free rotary compressor for continuous CNC use
★ Packaged compressor set with refrigerated dryer & filters
★ Mobile compressor trolley with integrated air treatment

Key Features

★ Oil-free / oil-less air delivery suitable for plasma torches
★ Stable delivery pressure at 4.5 – 6.0 kg/cm² (≈4.4–5.9 bar)
★ Adequate free air delivery (FAD) for 40–60A plasma: 150–300 L/min
